Read the objective details
Use the current label for fiber content and care instructions, and use the current weather forecast for outdoor conditions. Product names and styling copy do not replace those facts.
Make the tradeoff visible
Compare comfort, upkeep, layering room, durability, and repeat-wear potential. The strongest choice is the one a person can use safely and maintain consistently, not merely the one that photographs best.
